We're kicking off a meaningful and fun challenge this month here at the shop: can you make 30 pairs of earrings to donate by Saturday, August 23rd? We're partnering again with 'Brighter Lipstick, Bigger Earrings' a wonderful organization that gifts earrings to women going through chemotherapy-each time they go in for a treatment, they get to pick a pair of earrings from the 'earring tree' they have set up! The idea is to brighten their spirits and bring a little sparkle on some hard days. This is a use your own supplies challenge, so dig into your stash and get creative! You are welcome to purchase materials here if you'd like, but the goal is to make the most of what you already have and give it a good home. Let's spread a little joy-one pair at a time!
Can't quite make the full 30 pair, that's ok! Feel free to drop off whatever you are able to create-we know they will be grateful!
Don't want to make the earrings, but want to contribute some of your stash? That works too! Any donations we receive will go into a bin to be used for this charity that can be used to make earrings during our weekly socials to send with the rest of the items.
You can drop off your items at any time, but final donations will be accepted Saturday 8/23/25.
AND, as an added bonus, if you are able to complete at least 30 pairs to send, you will receive a special bracelet custom made for this event!
