We do not currently offer international shipping

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume.  Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days, but it may take up to 7.  A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

When order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. 

ONE GLANCE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping company.  The customer must provide correct shipping information prior to shipment.  The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery.  Once your package is delivered by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, ONE GLANCE is no longer responsible for the package.  Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned merchandise.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.  

IN STORE PICKUP

For in store pick up at our Friendswood, TX location, please select the in store pick-up (FWD) option when placing your order.  It may take up to 24 hours to process and complete your order depending on order volume, but don't worry~you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to go home with you!
