RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for a different item or store credit, refunds will not be given.

You can return a product for up to 10 business days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Returns received outside of the 10 business day window will not be accepted.

Returns not accepted on items purchases on sale, clearance, items that have been cut by length, or trunk show items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as if the return was approved or not. If your return is approved, you will be issued a One Glance gift card or a replacement item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.
