Are the kids already getting restless and summer has barely just begun?! If so~ We've got a great solution for you!
We've got 3 sessions of week long kids camps scheduled for this summer, and your little ones can participate in one day, several days, a full week, or all three full weeks~ Whatever fits your schedule! The skills will be the same for each weeks sessions, but they can choose different projects and colors from week to week, so if you would like to have them join for multiple weeks, they will still have a great time and feel like they are making something totally new!
Ages 5+ welcome
Camps will be held from 11am-1pm each weekday.
A snack & a drink will be provided each day.
Kiddos can't make it on the scheduled days? That's ok-you can still purchase their sessions and choose a date that better fits your schedule for them to come in for a one on one session to learn the projects. If they miss a bingo date, they can substitute it for one of our regular Friday or Saturday bingo sessions.
Projects will be as follows:
Monday~ Stretch bracelets: They will learn how to make professional quality stretch bracelets, which products are the right products to use, as well as the proper way to secure the ends of the bracelet. Each child will get to make 5 bracelets, including a custom name bracelet!
Tuesday~ Basic wire wrapping: They will learn how to wrap wire around stones to decorate them, How to work with tools to bend wire into different shapes, how to tie off the ends of the wire, and how to attach their creations to a necklace. Each person will get to make a minimum of 3 pendants.
Wednesday~ Earrings: They will learn the basics of how to create simple beaded earrings, How to use tools to make round loops in the wire, how to incorporate metals to accent beads, and how to attach charms for dangly earrings. Each child will get to make 8 pairs of earrings.
Thursday~ Anklet making: Each child will get to create 3 beaded anklets. Various color options will be available for them to choose from.
Friday~ Bingo & Pizza party! We will get to play bingo, and the prizes will all be jewelry related, either finished jewelry, discounts for shopping sprees in the store, class discounts, beads to pay with at home, gift cards, and so much more! Be sure to wear your favorite creations to show off what you've made this week! There will also be a 30% off shopping spree at the end of the day to stock up on what you'll need to make jewelry at home-so feel free to send some spending money, or give them a budget if you would like them to pick out some loot to keep them busy at home this summer!
